I dove into Real Estate Investing in 2009. I researched and read as much as I could about investing in real estate. After a year of self-study, I knew I had reached the point where I needed to USE what I had learned on my own. So I stopped trying to get ready to get ready if you know what I mean?

In 2010 I got my Michigan Realtor License. My first goal was to understand the mechanics of serving the general public and learning the art of putting deals together.

How Awesome Is Real Estate:

Listing properties is an absolute energy rush for me! Tracking and finding Buyers for a listing is pure adrenaline!

Assisting Buyers energizes me! How I hunt for a property is what keeps me going!

Jumping In Head First:

But I digress. I didn't have a mentor when I started learning real estate. No one wanted to teach me, or so I thought. I'll be honest, I felt like giving up a few times, but, I knew I wanted to become a Real Estate Investor for myself and also to serve the general public, and that's what kept me going.

I learned through trial and error. It was painful the first six months, oh my god was it painful, but at the end of my first year, I got the hang of it. Phew! I helped sell and buy properties for my clients, and in return, I got real-life experience which paved the way for me to venture into Real Estate Investing.

The first year I learned how to service the general public and understand the basics of contracts. It wasn't until I started attending the local networking events for real estate investors how to negotiate deals as an investor! That experience alone strengthens my abilities to negotiate hard for myself and in turn for the clients I serve.

Finding My Footing:

I self-taught myself a lot of the jargon for Real Estate Investing and learned the lingo of how to serve clients and prospects too. Meeting other investors that knew how to put "the jargon" together was eye-opening! Those eye-opening experiences sharpened my creativity when putting deals together for HomeownersBuyers, and my Fellow Real Estate Investors.

Every investor I came across had different spins on how they would put deals together based on their strategy, how they would fund their investment opportunities, and of course, based on their Return On Investment goals.

So Why Me:

My investors, keep coming back to me to find, buy and sell their properties.

Homeowners come to me asking how to creatively sell their home - quickly and for more money.

Buyers I have served thank me for educating them when buying their home.
